At Filos, we stand behind every product we sell. This policy explains what happens if something goes wrong with your order.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These rights exist regardless of what any store policy says. Nothing in this document limits them.
What We Cover
We offer a refund or replacement if:
- The product is faulty or defective
- The product does not match its description on our website
- The wrong item was sent to you
Claims must be raised within 30 days of receiving your order.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.
How to Make a Claim
If you have received a faulty, incorrect, or not-as-described item, please contact us at nestlex00@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo clearly showing the problem
You do not need to return the item to us. In most cases, we will resolve your claim via refund or replacement without requiring you to ship anything back, making the process as straightforward as possible for you.
Refund Processing
Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Replacement orders are dispatched within 3 business days of approval.
