We want to be upfront and honest about how shipping works at Filos, so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.
Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. Delivery is available to most countries internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Because our products are fulfilled by international suppliers, delivery typically takes between 10 and 20 business days from the date of dispatch. In some cases, particularly during peak periods or due to customs processing, delivery may take up to 30 business days.
We know this is longer than domestic shipping, and we appreciate your patience. Every product is worth the wait.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your parcel's progress. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs and Import
Most orders arrive without any customs delay. However, customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control. Any import duties or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us at nestlex00@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at nestlex00@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
